Aim of the project
Pharmacy Evaluation System is an analytical CRM tool developed by Thesys Groups. With interactive modeling and estimating the potential turnover and the risks of pharmacies (the “what-if” scenarios) Pharmacy Evaluation System is a real-time decision support tool and helps in evaluating your clients.
Methodology
Pharmacy Evaluation System is a standalone decision support system developed for the unique demand of our client. Thus, the exclusive statistical methods can be implemented customized for the special needs. Pharmacy potential is a multiple regression model based on the environmental characteristics of the pharmacies’ neighborhood like demographic profile of population, points-of-interest, number physicians, healthcare institutes, etc. Pharmacies are segmented with two-step clustering method according to their riskiness based on balance-sheet, ownership, own delivery data and changes in the environment.
Results
It collects all important information about pharmacies, e.g. ownership, balance-sheet, turnover, risks, environment, etc. All the information is visualized on a digital map.
The standalone software is capable to indicate fraud detection via warnings, risk analysis of costumers and the soft collection of information. The real time warnings also help in identifying changes in ownership, turnover, riskiness, environment as soon as possible.
